holiday的相关短语常用的有两个，on holiday以及in holiday。没有at holiday这样的用法。in holiday指放假，说话的人当时可以不是正在放假的状态。I would like to be in Hangzhou in holiday。
on holiday 指正在放假。I am on holiday in hangzhou。
in the holiday不是固定短语，可以在句子里充当一般的时间状语，Spring festival is coming.in the holiday,some people will have a journey.

in the evening 和at evening都可以用，但是前者比较常用，后面的用法很少见，不推荐在考试的时候这么用。在周末，可以用at the weekend 或者on the weekend.前者不特指某个周末，on the weekend的话特指某个周末，I go to the palace on the weekend of 1999,9,1, 如果把某个时间说的很具体的话 就只能用on the weekend

区别不大，在口语上都可以用的。
