This article embarked from the training background expatiating on it’s basic knowledge and making theoretical evaluation to introduce the Chemical Industry Group of SUNY ‘s basic conditions and analyse it's status of training management, as well as some relative problems. Combining with the fact to make suggestions on attach importance of training management, strengthen the construction of the training system and consummate the supplementary measure of training, thereby increasing the invested capita and cutting down the cost.
