Objective: To analyse T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood diversification of malignant tumor patients and discuss the clinical significance at the same time.
Methods: Using flow cytometry to inspect 146 malignant rumor patients and 50 normal controls T lymphocyte and subset content.
Results: Malignant tumor patients CD8+T cells percentage hoisted and it’s difference have a clinical significance (P<0.5),the CD3+T cells,CD4+T percentage, CD4/CD8 ratio are obviously lower comparing with normal controls(P<0.01).
Conclusions: The malignant tumor patients immunological functions are laigh and the flow cytometry could analyse the immunological functions accurately.
