我的支付宝已经通过实名认证，为什么上面的钱还是不能用？

你进行了支付宝实名认证，就可以付款给卖方，也可以通过支付宝收款。

如果你说的是支付宝卡通，可以直接支付。

问题是你的银行卡有没有开通网上银行，有没有动态口令卡或者U盾。

在支付宝上付款，主要使用两种方式，一种是通过你的网上银行给你的支付宝充值，通过支付宝上的余额进行付款，一种是直接通过网银付款，还有一种就是支付宝卡通。
付款后淘宝的支付宝系统会替你保管你的付款，等你收到卖家的货物而且满意，那么你点击你的宝贝里面的确认收货，那么，淘宝份额支付宝系统就会把你的钱划账给对方。
如果你是卖家，收到的货款会在你的支付宝账户上，你可以申请提现到你想转账的银行（必须是你的名字）
