不承认雅思，如果新托福低于100或者有单项低于20去参加ISE考试。
All other newly admitted international students must take (sit for) the ISE prior to registering for classes at USC if your TOEFL score is:
600 or lower on the paper-based test (examination)老托福; or
lower than 250 on the computer-based test机考; or
lower than a total score of 100 on the Internet-based test新托福IBT, with no less than 20 on each of the four test components.

哦。。对了，没有雅思也没什么。。南加州是可以双录取的，那个项目好像叫ISE。。你可以去了解下~
