与晶体对反应的作用有关,PbS是共价沉淀中S先被H₂O₂氧化为0价S,但是由于Pb、O原子的阻隔该S不能及时生成S8,所说的S单质一般是指S8,S8分子为8元环冠状分子。

S单质还有其它的同素异形体,而生成很活跃的Sx的自由基(端基含单电子)或环较小而导致共价键之间张力过大而不稳定,所以很容易继续被氧化为更稳定的与Pb形成的PbSO₄。

PBS缓冲液一般作为溶剂,起溶解保护试剂的作用,具体试剂一般也有不同的比例配方,在针对性上就有了更好的效果。

PBS是磷酸缓冲盐溶液的简称,不仅伪狂犬病毒要用它稀释,一般的有活性的生物制剂都要用它来稀释。

原因就是它具有盐平衡、可调整的适宜pH缓冲作用,蒸馏水不具有盐平衡作用,可以破坏生物蛋白的结构及生物特性;生理盐水不具有调整pH的作用,对完整的、具有活性的物质不能保证其在最适条件下参与生物反应。

纯过氧化氢是淡蓝色的粘稠液体,熔点-0.43 °C,沸点150.2 °C,纯的过氧化氢其分子构型会改变,所以熔沸点也会发生变化。凝固点时固体密度为1.71g/cm³,密度随温度升高而减小。它的缔合程度比H2O大,所以它的介电常数和沸点比水高。
