如果用suffer，应该是suffer from，但是suffer from很泛泛，不如breathe in具体；
汽车尾气是car emissions
daily commodities没错，但是个人觉得它一般用在经济报告里，daily necessities更好点

don’t need to waste hours of time wandering about (through) relatively crowdy street to buy daily commodities suffering emission from cars.

wandering 是不及物动词，用 wandering about 或者 through,
the wastes emissed by cars 重复了，可以直接用 emission from cars代替。
