自我介绍~

我的名字叫**，今年19岁，1986年4月20日出生在湖南省长沙市，一家三口人，我是个独生子，我爱好是唱歌、运动。My name is xxx,I am 19,born on April 20,1986 in Changsha ,Hunan Province.There are 4 people in my family, and I am the only son/ daughter.My hobby is singing and sports.2004年毕业于长沙市旅游学校，现正在一家星级酒店实习，I graduated from a Touring School in Changsha and I 'm having my practice in a star-rated hotel.

刚去的时候挺辛苦的，没有想象中的那样好，毕竟是第一次接触社会，很盲目，什么都不懂。When I was there for the first time,I found it was really hard work,much harder than expected.After all ,it was my first time to get in touch with society,I was blind and knew nothing.幸好单位的大哥哥们姐姐们都很照顾我，还传授给我很多社会经验和酒点业务知识，Fortunately,collegues in the hotel all took good care of me like elder brothers and sisters,taught me much experience as well as the basic knowledge of hotel management. 在通过我刻苦的学习下和时间的磨练下，很快的就掌握了酒点的基本知识，同样的也受到了上级的认同，Through my hardworking and time cosumptive practising,I mastsered the necessary /fundamental knowledge about the food and dringking /beverage in the hotel,which was achnowledged by the hotel authorities.并在去年获得了优秀员工奖，这是我值得荣耀的一件事。I got a prize of "advanced/excellent staffs"last year, which I took great pride in .但是还是有很多的不足之处，因为比较贪玩，所以学习成绩一直提不上去，耽误了学业。However, I found some of my disadvantages/shortcoming due to my laziness,I didn't make much achievement, wasting too much time playing.所以很多东西学的都比别人慢一些，这让我感受到了学习的重要性。Therefore,I was slow in learning than others,which made me realize the importance of study.
不久前母亲在报纸上看见了《民航学院》的招生启示，Not long ago,my mother saw the announcement of enrolling students /Recruitment by the "Acadmic Institute of Airline and Aviation"我对这所学校充满着好奇，I am full of coursity and full of hope to enter this college.因为我的英语特别差，所以想通过上学把自己的口语和一些专业知识提高。Because of poor English,I hope to improve my oral/spoken English together with my professional knowledge.希望老师们可以让我进这所学校念书。I would be very much appreciated if I would be give a chance to study in this institute.谢谢！Thanks a lot!
