双方在下列事项首次发生之日时有权利提前终止本协议
The two sides following the first outbreak in the day when the right to early termination of this Agreement
1.公司违反协议规定的义务,或者
1. A breach of its obligations under the agreement, or
2.从本协议签署之日起至公司完成审计,重组,和商业计划书后两个月内没有完成融资(FINANCING)
2. From the agreement signed on the date of completion of the audit company, the reorganization and business plan within two months after the completion of financing not (FINANCING)

Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement on the date of the following events, whichever is the earliest:
1. The Company fails to perform its obligation under this Agreement; or
2. The financing is not completed within 2 months after the Company complete audit, restructuring and commercial planning from the date of this Agreement.

Both sides has right to shift to an earlier date ending an agreement when listing item below that day happened first 1. The company violates the duty that the agreement stipulates, or 2.
