关于，规则的五句话英语作文，怎么写？

之前看过一篇文章，中文的，觉得非常适用，分享借鉴下。关于规则，它们是是“为了更高效”，“人类制定”，“约定俗成”和“标准”。
如下：
"Human development" is the nature of the existence of rules. Rules are not the product of nature. It is the social product of human social activities. Its existence nature also determines whether everyone who is obeying or not is responsible. Have the right to make, change, enhance or weaken the rules. "Conventional conventions" emphasize that the standard of doing things is not a glimpse but takes time to soak. "Standard" is a good or bad indicator of a rule.
