Abstract：Connected transaction is not new in the stock market of our nation,and it has certain positive affection,but also some negative one.And unfair related party transactions would be used to whitewash financial information by public companies,what's worse,big shareholders could withdraw money from listed companies and infringe the interests of minority shareholders and creditors.
For the urgency shown that the restriction and reatrain to those unfair related party transactions, l analyzed the detail process of offering relative dealing data and some control research issues about that.
There are four parts, first of all, relevant theory, ansd second,motive and an assessment of their pros and cons,moreover,empirical research on our listed companies' motivation for the connected transaction,last but not least, standardization and oversight of it.
