On postpartum depression women of high-risk early screening and interpersonal psychological nursing intervention study. Methods Retrospective analysis of 100 high-risk women surveyed in January 2010 January -2013 years in our hospital, through random sampling, divided into the experimental group and the control group 2 groups, each 50. The 50 women in the control group with routine nursing measures implemented; the patients in the experimental group began in postpartum 7d interpersonal psychological nursing measures were adopted 60d's intervention, at the same time scale 28d, 56d postpartum using the Edinburgh postnatal depression (EPDS) were examined in two groups of patients, statistics and analysis of EPDS measurement results. Results compare with the two groups of postpartum depression, 28d 56d, there was significant difference (P<0.01); the effect of interpersonal psychological nursing of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion nursing interventions on interpersonal psychology of high-risk maternal postpartum depression, can significantly improve the depressive symptoms of patients, reduce the number of depressive symptoms.
