1. 在锅内烧开热水,将洗净的牛尾放入沸水中,焯一下,去血水,大约10分钟;(这一步很关键,血水去的充分,也就是减少了牛尾的异味)
2. 焯好后,再将牛尾冲洗干净,洗去沫子,待用;
3. 取另一锅子,水烧开后,放入待用的牛尾,盖上锅盖,待其煮沸;
