组织法》的颁布实施有力的促进我国基层民主选举的发展，但是无论在实践或是理论方面都有不足之处，农村基层民主选举关系到农村的稳定和发展，处理好基层民主选举问题有利于推动农村政治民主化进程。
The promulgation and implementation of the "Oraganization Law" has strongly improved the development of our country's democratic elections. But whether in implementation or theoretically, there are still flaws. The rural grassroots democratic elections are closely related to the rural stabilities and developments, so, a good rural grassroots democratic elections management can promote the rural political democratization process.
通过笔者的问卷调查以及访谈，发现由于固始县余岗村村民受传统思想桎梏、自身各方面素质低下、国家相关的法律法规不健全等原因，余岗村基层民主选举出现了农民参政积极性不高、重男轻女、法律知识浅薄、村“两委”职责混乱等一系列问题，这些问题已经影响到了余岗村民主政治的发展，迫切需要解决办法，以求解决农村基层民主选举中出现的问题。
Through my questionaire and interview results, I have found that beacuse of the villagers of Gushi County's Yu Gang Village were shackled by their traditional thinkings, individual's low level of qualities in many aspects, the related law of our country was not perfect and other factors, villagers of Yu Gang Village showed very inactive to take part during the grassroots democratic elections of the village, prefering boys to girls, shallow legal knowledge, the responsibilities of the village's "Two Representives" were muddle and a string of other problems.These problems have already affected the development of Yu Gang Village's democratic politics, which an urgent solution is needed to solve the problems found in this rural grassroots democratic election.
笔者总结后提出以下建议：大力发展农村经济、提高村民素质水平、完善基层民主选举相关的法律法规、构建和谐两委等，这样可以对症下药解决余岗村基层民主选举中出现的问题，促进民主政治的发展。
After my conclusion, I have put forward the following suggestions: Rural economy should be developed vigorously, villagers' knowledge level should be improved, all grassroots democratic election's related law should be improved and create a harmony between the two representives etc. This way, it would be the right remedy for solving the problems of Yu Gang village's grassroots democratic election and help to promote the development of democratic politics.

Then the old woman became very angry because the cat had not killed the mouse. She began to hit the cat. The cat said, "Do not hit your old servant. I have worked for you for many years, and I would work for you still, but I am too old. Do not be unkind to the old, but remember what good work the old did when they were young."
