I'm writing this letter to make a complaint about my shopping experience at your supermarket. I bought some milk at your supermarket yesterday evening. But I was really shocked later when I found that the milk had already expired by the time I bought it! When I talked this to your assistant, she was busying chatting! She paid no attention to me at all. I was really upset and angry about this. I'm one your regular and decent customers and I'm really surprised and disappointed about this. I hope that you will deal with the matter as soon as possible. And I demand that the shop assistant make an official apology to me.
