Television has become one of the most important parts of our life.
Some programs on TV are very important and useful. We learn much knowledge on TV. For example, the news tells us what happened all over the world; the ads tell us what are good and cheap. The movies make our life colorful.
But some programs are unhealthy for teenagers. Firstly, TV may offer too much violent programs which are especially unsuitable for children. Secondly, TV consumes too much time. Many people spend their entire leisure time in front of TV. Both the health and the time are wasted.Watching TV too much is bad for our eyes, too.
We can’t change what is on TV, but we can choose what we watch.
