英语从句翻译 两句话

第一句可有两种译法：

The factory which we visited last year has been closed down. (或许是主动关或许是被迫关)
The factory we visited last year has gone bankrupt. (被迫关)

第二句里的“讨论”，我觉得不等同于英文中的"discuss" (比较正式，严肃)， 而应理解成“谈及”为妥“。另外，对”物“的翻译，我觉得” events" 可能更恰当。
They talked about those individuals and events they remembered while at school.

我们去年参观的工厂已经倒闭了that factory that we visited in last year has been closed down .
他们讨论在学校时他们所记的人和物What they are talking about is concerned with those people and deeds happened in their schooling.

The factory (which/that) we visited last year has collapsed.
or
The factory (which/that) we visited last year has closed down.

They discussed the people and things ( that) they remembered when they were at school.
