China has deepened financial reformation constantly since the 1980s. Within 20 years it has achieved great development and formed the financial market system. In the process of financial reformation, Commercial Banks becomes the primary part. In the 21st century, the finance of China's banking is internationalizing. Under the influence of Liberalization, it gets into the new period of developing. Especially after the opening of finance, each of the Commercial Banks begins to reform and the influence of the developing trend of world commercial banking becomes more and more obvious. Therefore, the development of commercial Banks in China and the trend of reformation are paid more and more attentions by the theorists and the industries. This paper mainly introduces the developing history of the banking industries in China, the influence of China's banking for entering the World Trade Organization and the developing situation and policies of China's banking industries. Also it discusses the current conditions of China's banking internationalization and briefly designs the internationalization development strategies of China's Commercial Banks.
