【Whether to receive tickets or not for parks?】
【Recently the question whether a park should receive visitors' tickets arouses their attention. People's daily life will surely be influenced due to the implementation of this policy. Yet that the final decision should turn to which side is controversial. 】
【Different people holds different opinions on it. Supporters say it provide not only the rich but also the poor an access to parks, helping to build up a harmonious society; meanwhile more and more people have chances to relax their body and socialize with someone else. Yet others insist that free entrance to parks may lead to a heavy burden to the park and some safety problems, which should be worth our attention.】
【From my personal perspective, free entrance to parks is good to benefit everyone as long as parks would take some effective measures to ensure visitors' safety.】

Should public gardens or parks charge for admission
It seems that the topic of whether to charge the public gardens and park users has suddenly attracted quite a bit of the general public's attention. Of course not all were happy with the suggestion. The reaction were in even force with some agree with and the others object to it.
I believe that the ideas may have come from the foreign countries. As in the UK, many country parks do charge for admissions. But they are much better kept and managed. The reasons are not difficult find because when public gardens or parks charge people for using them would have more fund to mantain them. They will be made and kept better for every user to enjoy them.
On the other hand, some people who are objecting the proposal think that public parks and gardens are belonging to the public. They should be use by the public for free. If a charge is introduced then some may not be able to use them any more. That would be very unfair to those who can't afford it. It was the main reason for their objections.
In my own oppinion, I think not all public parks or gardens should introduce the admission fees. Like in the UK, only the special country parks would charge the users for visiting. Ordinary city parks where most people need to use in their everyday life would not. This way, many people living in the cities can still have somewhere to go in their leisure time and the out of town large country parks would be for the visit of some special oocasions.

Dear Editor,
I'm writing to tell you about the discussion we've had about whether an entrance fee should be charged for parks.
Opinions are divided on the question. A majority of the students are against the idea of entrance fees. They believe a public park should be free of charge. People need a place where they can rest and enjoy themselves. Charging entrance fees will no doubt keep some people away. What is more, it will become necessary to build gates and walls, which will do harm to the appearance of a city.
On the other hand, there are others thinking that fees should be charged because you need money to pay gardeners and other workers, and to buy plants and young trees. They suggest, however, fees should be charged low.
Yours truly,
