My good habits
One point for sure is daily behaviors influence us by habits, such like one apple a day keeps the doctor ayway. About my first habit, I always take a cup of water in the morning to refresh stomach. And keep doing excise is also good for us, at least 30 minutes per day, like me play basketball everyday after school. Moreover, sleep quality is the most important part to keep health, 8 hours sleeping is as well defined a great sleeping time. For these three factors which are having nice mood, balance diet, enough activities and sleep well help us in life.
