I am writing to complain about the terrible treatment when I was on Flight Number BA 793. I can't bear the experience over the fight . On the third of April ,2012 I was flying to go back home by this flight but it delayed for seven hours . When I was on board ,I had much trouble in finding my seat because of the crowd but the stewardess didn't appear in time and help me with my bags. What's worse, my trunk was destroyed when it was checked .Now could I give you some suggestions. Ensure our time and don't delay like that. Take care of our luggages . I would appreciate it if you can consider my suggestions.
