电力载波通讯的优点是无需重新布线,省料省工,但抗干扰能力很差;Zigbee是无线通讯,在墙体穿越时有损耗,还有就是电磁波的干扰。个人觉得在智能家居应用中低速电力载波可能效果好一些,成本也比较能接受。本人一家之言。

现在智能家居的通讯技术有很多种,也没有统一标准,无线的如WIFI ,Zigbee , 有线的有电力载波,总线通讯技术等,如KNX,DALI ,RS-485, 国产的POWERBUS 等。电力载波抗干扰能力差,成本高,现在基本很少用了。总线通讯适合前装市场,如果是已经装修好的,可以选用无线的智能家居产品。有线技术数据传输可靠性强、传输速率高、抗干扰性强、不受环境影响,因此功能稳定是总线技术的最大优点。 理论上无线智能家居的施工成本较低,而有线智能家居因为要布线,施工成本会略高。但在实际应用中,施工成本增加极其有限:第一,有线的线缆成本增加有线,平均100平米的房子线缆价值也就200-300元。第二,对于电工工作量而言,在一根线管(PVC管)里走一根线还是两根线并不增加多少人力成本。第三,对于任何一个家庭而言,网线到各个房间基本是标配,而其它的背景音乐,电动窗帘本身就需要布线。所以采用有线智能家居经我们测算,相比无线每百平至多增加1000元成本,对于动辙数十万的整体家庭装修费用而言几乎可以忽略不计。
智能家居的发展方向必然是有线为主,无线为辅。在基础装修时,所有的灯光照明,背景音乐,电动窗帘,空调采暖、水阀、气阀控制、监控安防等,对稳定性和安全性较高的模块必然首选有线通讯。而各类传感器,温湿度探测器、加湿器、漏水漏气探测器等稳定性和安全性不高的的设备或者无法有线通讯的设备则可以采用无线通讯做为补充。
