This paper by four (4-methyl phenyl) porphyrin cobalt (Tp-MPPCo), four (3-methyl phenyl) porphyrin cobalt (Tm-MPPCo), four phenyl porphyrin cobalt (TPPCo) as catalyst, agents, the single factor experiment conditions, mainly examines the reaction time, reaction temperature of three factors such as catalytic oxidation cyclohexane to influence the reaction. And with cyclohexane conversion, alcohol had selective index for testosterone, the results of the experiment were analysed. The experimental results show that: (1) the four phenyl porphyrin cobalt with a single methyl benzene rings even after substituents, the performance of the catalyst change is: methyl substituents between in a, the catalytic activity improved, and selective is high; Methyl substituents in registration, the catalytic activity and the four phenyl porphyrin cobalt catalytic activity basic same, but selectively lower; (2) study of optimal index reached a reaction condition is: to Tm-MPPCo as catalyst, reaction temperature is 150 ℃, reaction time is 50 min. At this time of cyclohexane conversion rate reached 8.03%, 91.3% alcohol ketone selective.
