"&numb&field_name&"这两个合起来是一个字段名，还是两个字段名，如果是两个的话要用逗号分开，并且注意rst("c_name")里面的名字，如果没有select这个字段，这边肯定出错。

楼主这样写实不可能实现的，建议楼主在sql里面用case 语句来做
case 列名 when 值1 then 返回值1
when 值2 then 返回值2
when 值3 then 返回值3
else 返回值4
end
