Dear DR.LI
I'm Ran in a high school and there's a serious problem in front of me .I'm writing to you for some suggestions .
Many of us are facing the college entrance examination ,which makes us all nervous and a bit tired . We have to give up as much activities we're interested in as possible for techers and parents even we ourselves think them not beneficial .
So far as i'm concerned ,proper outdoor activities can do good to both our health and grades ,but i still have a doubt whether students will be addicted to them . I'm almost stressed out ,so i hope you can give me some effective advice on how to deal with it and how to adjust ourselves to life better .
