如果sth是有代词充当的，就用pass sth on to sb ，如果sth是由名词充当的，用pass on sth to sb或者pass sth on to sb 都可以。
没有区别 pass something on (to somebody)或 pass something on (to somebody) ：
to give something to somebody else, especially after using it yourself把某物交给某人（尤指自己用过后)
pass sth to sb.或pass sb sth give something to somebody by putting it into their hands or in a place where they can easily reach it传递，递给sb sth（尤指因sb够不到）
