英语作文！帮我看看这一段我写的有没有什么语法错误！

第一段it is good for our health.少了个is。第二段的 did'nt 改为don't, which 改为it.最后一段第一个we可以省略。

and it is good for our heath..If we don't.........,.which去掉，因为前面是if从句，如果有which的话，这句话就没有主语了。最后一句第一个we去掉 ,可以only in this way can we be heath. 望采纳
