Secondly, the exporter did some market research and established the business relations. Thirdly, the two sides make a business negotiation and sign the contract. Fourthly, the buyer asks for 500 pieces of women’s coats for export. Fifthly, the report needs some documents. (Last, the parties are the letter of complain from the importer and the Letter of Settlement from the exporter.)什么意思？
