Aim:Use application of minimally invasive incision operation method to cure bromhidrosis .Method:From Nov,2009 to Nov,2010.The author use shun axillary lines small incision combined with shear scissors,cure 28 patients with scraper root, patients after operation with wound dressing packing method,all the patients enjoy the follow up service 3~12 months.Result:The incisions from all 28patients are all healed without hematoma formation,skin flap necrosis,hair in the armpit decrease more than before.Conclusion:Use small incision scissors to cure bromhidrosis ,have the obvious effect, less complications, scar concealed , no dysfunctional obstacle.
