收藏推荐 据1981年第27期《国外机械参考》报道,美国约翰迪尔公司在一台单缸柴油机上进行了把未经精炼的花生油和向日葵油,以及它们与2号柴油一比一的混合油等作为燃料的研究。在柴油机的喷油泵以最大供油率进行工作的情况下,在分别改烧植物油和混合油时,这台发动机所产生的功率与烧柴油时相同,或者稍有增加。调节喷油泵喷射的植物油能量和柴油一样时,发动机总的性能稍有降低。即功率和烧柴油时仍相同或稍有降低,热效率稍有降低,而排气温度则随着植物油在燃油中含量的增大而提高。 这些植物油有以下特点:与柴油相比,比重稍大,粘度大得多而热值较低。由于植物油中分子氢的存在而提高了空气与燃料的当量比。在自然吸气柴油机中,植物油成雾状时会发生热裂解。 向日葵油经一定的时间之后会分离成清洁的上层和混浊的下层。只有用上部的清油,滤清器才具有可接受的工作寿命,否则它将被蜡和胶质堵塞。 花生油没有出现滤清器堵塞的问题,但在每次试验结束时,油箱底部油液明显变粘稠。 烧植物油和它与2号柴油的混合油,在喷油咀处的积垢都比2号柴油要大。在燃烧室和喷油咀上的积垢也较硬,不易擦拭,有的要刮才能去掉。
