你电路只要大于1.5V电压即可,资料上是1.5V,但是实际的以我经验判断是0.8V左右,。
VGD是控制极不触发电压,就是在高温下,VGT会变小,所以可能发生有些电路低电平太高,导致可控硅不能关断,所以VGD=0.2V,是需要你不工作时T1与G电压差低于这个值,保证电路在任何环境下正常工作。
