帮忙翻译一段口语~译成英文 ~越简单越好

我们现在已经大2了，马上面临着实习，所以我们需要学会做简历。
we are sophomore now and facing the parctice,so,we need to learn making resume.
现在，我教大家怎么做简历。
now,I will teach you guys how to make resume.
首先，新建一个word文当，输入标题 “个人简历（这个翻不出可以不翻）”；
fisrt of all,you need to open a new word,and imput " my resume "as title.
然后，选择 [插入（这个可不翻，以下同）] [表格]，再输入……（再在表格中输入姓名什么的） 再右键选择 [合并单元格]……
and then,select [insert] ,next select [chart],and imput......(your name or something else)
and then click right to [together you different unit]......
最后，完成了一个简历表，我放一些下载好的简历在电脑桌面，大家有需要可以来要~
finally, you can make a perfect resume,I have copied some resumes which I download from Internet,you can select it by you will.

Now, i'm going to teach you how to create a resume.
First, you need to create an Word document, enter the headline , which is 【Résumé】.
Next, chose【Insert】 then chose 【Table】. Enter your name into your【Table】 and click right key to chose 【Combine single cell】
We had finished a 【Résumé】, i had some downloaded Resume on my 【Desktop】，you can ask for some if you need~

PS：翻译大致上应该没错~我刚好有一个英文版的WordSoftware 所以了解一些英文版的word软件的用语~ 又刚巧学过【个人简历】，【个人简历】在美国是被叫做【Résumé】的~但是发音发的是第二声。 你可以上网查查【Rusume】的准确发音。
还有是presentation而不是persentation【不要踢飞我~】
