Abstract
February 2011 outbreak of online fraud Alibaba China shocked the entire Internet community. It reflects the current lack of credibility of China's e-commerce business and the urgency of building a credit system. Virtual reality of electronic commerce and indirect, combined with China has not established an effective credit system, e-commerce transactions in non-faith behavior abound. In this paper, Alibaba's network fraud as examples, one discusses the mechanism of China's e-commerce businesses the importance of building integrity and honesty from the other hand, discusses the lack of harm, followed by analysis of the current lack of a credibility e-commerce business in China performance issues, and focused on analyzing the emergence of e-commerce businesses lack credibility problem. On this basis, combined with the actual development of e-commerce businesses in China and put forward our e-commerce business strategies to build integrity of the mechanism of the six recommendations. To carry out the construction of credibility, e-commerce companies must first action, the Government must strengthen legislation and regulation, the integrity of the community to create a good environment, but also increase technology development efforts, so as to maintain the good order of e-commerce businesses to achieve electronic the rapid development of business enterprises.
