1） My dream is to travel all over the world. 意思：我的梦想是环游世界。
2） My dream is treveling all over the word. 意思：我的梦想正在环游世界。
两句的意思是不同的。

1）用的是to-infinitive
2) present continuous tense

My dream is to travel around the world
