This study to get our knees ditch made GTX1 cyanobacterial toxins group (4) for the standard material, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), by the analysis and comparison column derivative reaction conditions (after temperature, pH value, formic acid and ammonium nitrate concentrations of polyacrylamide concentration) GTX1 mail 4 fluorescence reaction intensity, and the influence of liquid chromatography (methanol, such-and-such base sulfonic acid sodium concentration, phosphoric acid buffer solution concentration and mobile phase pH value of GTX1 - four separate), the effects of GTX1-4 optimized by HPLC detection conditions, establishing GTX1-4 by HPLC detection platform for GTXs and popularization of HPLC detection technology provide the scientific basis. Column derivative reaction conditions after GTX1 optimization results show that GTX2, GTX3 and GTX4, in different reaction conditions, the fluorescent reaction intensity have obvious difference, GTX3 fluorescence reaction intensity, but also on the biggest influence reaction conditions weaker, followed by GTX2, GTX4 and GTX1. When the reaction conditions for: reaction liquid PH value averaged 7.47, armour amide concentration, reaction temperature 50 ℃ 50% ammonium, formic acid concentration 0.75%, better able to detect each GTX1-4 elements. Liquid chromatography optimization results show that methanol concentration 1%, such-and-such base sulfonic acid sodium concentration 1.5 mM, phosphoric acid buffer solution concentration 10mM, mobile phase PH value GTX1-4 at 7.5, the separation efficiency of the overall best. Compared with the long island GTX1, GTX2 method, GTX3 and GTX4 by HPLC, improve the detecting response degrees respectively, 82%, 49%, 25% 12%.
