Education needs our own efforts ,however ,ourselves are not enough ,teachers should guide us in the class and lecture on new knowledge. But we can’t depend only on what teachers teach ,as our teachers probably only instruct what exams ask ,it’s far more than we have to take before long ,so we have to make great efforts. In spare time ,we should spend some time reading extracurricular books ,broaden our scope of knowledge ,enrich our brain ,thus we can improve ourselves .and our parents also should communicate with us regarding education for some time ,but talking too much is not good ,as we will fed up with study.
In the case of so-called important exams in our academic year ,I don’t think it’s okay ,cheating ,relying on relation with teachers ,or teachers reveal papers for good academic performance etc. I have known them all .in terms of it ,there is no much point in taking exams .then we continue our study for higher education in other schools ,all of teachers still do like that , due to the vicious circle, education matter goes far more serious .faced such occasions ,we are only in hope for a good tutor and enlightened parents or we just wish we were born with gifted brain .
So many problems ,considering who on earth should be responsible for our education ,the question may have no answer at all .

As for is a very important examination in the our student's career, I feel not how, cheat and establish friendship with teacher, or the teacher reveal examination in advance for the sake of the good-looking result of, these I once met, by so doing examination have no what too big meaning, and after entering higher school examination to go to other schools, all teachers be still so, the vicious cycle comes down, the education problem of China also more and more serious, face a circumstance like this, we can hope to run into a good teacher and run into progressive parents, or the brains that can expect that oneself owns genius.

We bear the main responsibility of our education, yet not enough. Teachers are instructors of new knowledges at school. However, those "new knowledges" are mostly exam related and are not nearly enough for our future. After all, our efforts come to be the most important. After-class reading is helpful in broadening our knowledge, enrich our minds. Appropriate communication with our parents about education is also helpful, yet too much talk about this topic could be harmful, could make us uninterested in studying.
As for the exams, which are supposed to be importent during our studenthood, I consider them to be meaningless. Cheating, bribe the teachers, divulge of test questions, I have all encountered before. And after the entrance exam, I entered another school and found that teachers, no matter in which school, are the same. As a vicious cycle, education problems of China are more and more serious. And for us, who is facing this problem directly, the only hope would probably be having a good teacher ,open-minded parents, or a brilliant brain.
Considering the problems above, who should be responsible for our education would be a question without answers.
