注意一点：被动语态与系表结构（连系动词加用作表语的过去分词）有区别。
区分点：被动语态中的过去分词是动词，表示具体动作的。系表中的过去分词是表示状态的相当于形容词。如：The article was written with great care.这句中写这个词是一个动作词\The article is well written.这句中写的好是指文章的状态。
有人总是把系表结构说成是被动语态，然后说成被动语态有宾语。这是不对的。

从逻辑上讲，he是宾语，他被任命为这个国家的总统，应该是president,.谓语是 was made 。
改成主动句就容易理解一些。Someone made him president of the country. president of the country 是he 的补足语，补充说明的作用。
