振镜扫描系统的枕形畸变校正算法
Experimental Research of Doughnut, a New Kind of Laser Trap

摘 要:
振镜扫描系统在快速成型系统中被广泛采用.由于扫描镜片的偏转角和平面坐标之间存在着本质的非线性映射关系, 如果用简单的线性对应关系来控制振镜的偏转,则会产生枕形误差.分析了枕形畸变的产生机理,并给出了软件校正算法.

Abstract:
Galvanometric scanner is widely used in rapid prototyping systems. Due to the intrinsical nonlinear relationship between the deflection angles and the corresponding �xy� coordinates, the pillow shaped field distortion would be introduced. In the paper, the aberration mechanism is analyzed and the correction algorithm to compensate for the field distortion is proposed.
