PARA3 另外一些老房子应该拆。这一段可以写三个分论点，如分成有特殊历史意义的老房子（buildings of historical value）,非常漂亮的老房子（gorgeous historical buildings）和特殊的民居（unique ethnic architecture）等等

PARA4 conclusion 结论：有些老房子由于城市发展必须拆掉，但是有特殊价值的不能拆，反而应该有效的保护（should be effectively preserved）.
