To sleep early and get up early is the old saying to encourage us to live healthily.I do chores according to my timetable strictly and never abuse any terms of the regulations for abtaining a healthy lifestyle. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables so that I have no troubles on obesity. I exercise frequently in order to have enough energy and enthusiasm to stufy smartly and efficiently. My father also joins me to quit smoking and he oviously notices that he does not have to panic when he goes out on foot. As for students (对于学生来说), a healthy lifestyle means to eat well, exercise well, study well, and sleep well. No junk food(垃圾食品)such as McDonalds, KFC (诸如麦当劳,肯德基). More outdoors activities (多一点户外活动)such as walking, jogging(慢跑). As for adults(对于成年人来说), a healthy lifestyle means no smoking, no alcohol! 对于大人来讲,就是不抽烟,不喝酒!
On the other hand, mental health also plays an important role in our lifestyle. This means we have to show respect to each other, to our parents, teachers and schoolmates. Be honest with your friends, talk to them when they are anxious, help them when they are in trouble. This way we can feel good about ourselves and make everybody leads a happy, healthy lifestyle too.

I want we should have a good lifestyle to keep healthy . First,we should have three meals a day and eat some on time . Second , we could eat more fruits and vegetables ,and we could eat some junk food ,but don't eat it to much . It bad for our health .Third , we should exercise at least three times a week . If we don't have a healthy lifestyle , we will always get ill and we can't study well . Doing exercise often is really good habit . Exercise can let us feel less worried and sleep better at night .
