cut off是切断的意思，是短暂性动词，没有现在进行时的，猴子切断绳子，要不就没断，要么就断了，没有正在切断的意思，用一般现在式就可以了，Look!The monkey cuts off the rope
去掉offcut off是切断，是切的结果因为用了现在进行时，说明还在切割，所以用cut
改为：Look！The monkey is cutting the rope.
