如何回复人事经所要resume

这个是写给不会写resume的人看的，高手就见笑了
这几天收了二三十封resume，但映像深刻的只有一份。有几个快毕业的朋友问resume的写法。今天就和大家讨论一下resume怎么写好
以下纯属个人看法，如有雷同，实数巧合；如有错误，还请指正：
求职信一般分为cover letter和resume正文。
Cover letter
，是用在信里的，说明你写信的来意，写好cover letter给人一种专业的感觉。很多人以为resume写好了，就忽略了这部分，只是随便协一句：“我想应聘XX职位，请看我的附件resume”。这是不好的，你基本上已经失败了。
cover letter 的第一段说明写信的缘起目的，例：
　　　（1）In applying for the position of sales manager I offer my qualifications, which I believe will meet your exacting requirements.
　　　(2)your advertisement in this morning‘s Journal for an adjustment manager prompts me to offer you my qualifications for this position
　　　(3）In your advertisement for an accountant, you indicated that you require the services of a competent person, with thorough training in the field of cost accounting. Please consider me an applicant for the position. Here are my reasons for believing I am qualified for this work.
比较不错的cover letter结束语：
　　1．If my application has convinced you of my ability to satisfy you, I should welcome the opportunity to talk with you, so that you may judge my personal qualifications further.
　　2．May I have an interview? You can reach me by telephone at Taipei 884525 between the hours of 7-9 a.m. and 5:30-9:30p.m. any evening
　　3．Trusting your reply will be satisfactory, I remain(静候满意的答复)
　　4．May I have the opportunity to discuss this matter further with you? My telephone is Kenmore 69781. You can reach me between nine and five o‘clock during the day.
　　5．I am quite that an interview will substantiate my statements Between two and four every afternoon except Tuesday you can reach me by telephoning 731430.
以下是我的写法，可以参考
Dear Sir/Madam,
I read from Streets Times that you are recruiting a web developer. I am writing this letter to seek the opportunity to work for your company. And I am confident that I am the qualified person you are looking for.
第一段要说明自己是从哪里得知求职信息的，自己想要应征的职位。如有推荐人，这里也要写出。
第二段写自己的学历和大致经历，有获奖这里可以点出，但要简短。
The enclosed is my detailed resume. If you want a person who is capable and responsible to work for you, please contact me. My mobile phone no. is 9xxxxxxx. Thanks you.
I look forward to your reply.
Yours Faithfully
XXXX
好的开头是成功的一半，看过了以上的信，人事部才会有兴趣继续看你的resume。
