解决方式

1. Get the internet connected and on the VPN(保证上网没问题)
2. Make Sure Outlook is close(关掉outlook,等待3分钟)
3. Then go to start/settings/Control Panel(进行控制面板,)
4. Double Click on Mail/Then E-mail accounts(双击 "邮件" ,然后点击"邮件帐户")
5. On the email tab highlight your username(Exp. sachin@msft.com) and hit Change(选中的你邮箱帐号,并点击更改)
6. Then Click on More Settings/Connection/Exchange Proxy Settings
(点击右下方的更多设置--> 连接-->exchange代理设置)

7. Then
unclick the “Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal
name in their certificate” the msstd:webmail.covad.com box will go grey.
(取消 勾选 只连接到代理服务器%^*)__&^%$#)

8. Then hit OK/Then Apply/Then OK/Then Cancel/Then Close/Then Close
然后一路确定.OK.关增长.

9. Open Outlook and Put in Domain\(Your username) and password.
重新打开outlook. 填定 你帐号与密码 格式 邮箱后辍\邮箱前辍

Put check Mark on remember my password.
然后把记住密码打勾.
