I heard that your exams are around the corner and you are feeling stressed. I was thinking that you might need some advice.
In my opinion, the main problem that you are feeling unhappy lately is because you are worrying too much. Studying is not a day's effort. If you have been putting effort into revising your work consistently, you should score a pretty decent mark. Likewise, worrying does not get you anywhere, so why not relax and listern to some slow music? You could also take a stroll or have a nice jog at the park to relieve your stress, this improves your health as well. It is important to stay healthy and focus before the examination, you surely don't want to fall sick and add any more stress to it.
Remember to drink lots of water. I wish you make progress in your study and pass with flying colours in your year-end examination!
