Standing on red mountain the northwest district in the capital of Tibet，the Potala Palace is my favourite place of intrerst. At first it was constructed for Princess Wen Cheng marrying Songzanganbu .However,after the reconstruction in the 17th century , Potala Palace became the leaders' residence of all previous dynasties.
The entire place palace has the bright Tibet-style, imposing. The Potala Palace also has collected a great deal of treasures, making it an artistic palace.In addition,the chitectural art of the Potala Palace is so special that it became the most unique illustration of art in China and even the world .
As far as I am concerned,the Potala Palace is not only a gift from our ancestors but also the most historic construction which represents the faith of Tibetans.
