应该是就近原则的吧，我知道there be是就近原则的，如果将句中的“here”改成“there”那就容易解释了，因为“there be”句式是就近原则的
"Here is the credit card and the room key." 来自两个句子:
(1) "Here is the credit card."
(2) "Here is the key."
因为这是口语,用 "is" 是<可原谅的> (excusable)!
