英语句式问题

I don't think it is going to rain this afternoon
这句话的用法是对的，表示我认为今天下午是不会下雨的。

如果用 I don't think if it is going to rain this afternoon
这句话也是可以用的，但是因为if是表示是否的意思，该句的含义跟上面的句子就不一致了，表示我不知道今天下午是不是会下雨。

不可以加.
if it is going to rain this aftermoon.是否要下雨.
I don't think意思是:我认为不
如果换成I don't know if it is going to rain this aftermoon.才可以.

应从语义上去理解，如果加if it is going to rain this aftermoon,意思就变成了我不认为今天下午下雨或者不下雨，显然句义矛盾。

如果要用if it is going to rain.
应该是I don't know if it is going to rain this afternoon.我不知道今天下午会不会下雨。

i don't think本来就是插入语 所以后面可以加句子 如果加If 先不说语法 你觉得句子那样能翻译通顺嘛
