首先：第一句：I heard that you are going cycling this weekend. 

在cycling的用法上，需要明确go doing sth 这个结构一般表示从事户外的体育，娱乐活动

比如：go hunting / swimming / climbing / dancing...

所以cycling前面要加上go。

这样就有两种改法。

1. I heard that  you will go cycling this weekend. 

2. I heard that you are going to go cycling this weekend. 

其次：Here are suggestions for you. 建议改成：Here are some suggestions for you.
