Good morning, everyone! I am ***. My paper's title is how to enhance the confidence.

我相信每个人都有自己的信心,
I believe that everyone has his confidence,

只不过是有的人比较善于表达自己的信心,
but someone is good at expressing his confidence relatively,

而有的人却不善于表达自己的信心,
and someone is not,

这样唯一的问题就是如何把自己的信心挖掘出来,
so that the sole problem is how to excavate the confidence,

我认为主要是以下3点:
in my opinion, there are three ways as follow:

一、要注意平时的主动学习和知识的积累
First, you must pay attention to your daily active study and accumulate knowledge.

自信与人的知识水平和能力成正比关系，
confidence and knowledge level have a direct relationship.

知识水平高而丰富的人、工作能力强的人，
The man who has a plentiful intellectual level and a strong work ability,

无论做什么事情一般都能保持较强的自信心，
always can keep the strong confidence whatever they meet.

这是能够顺利完成任务的重要条件。
It is the important condition to accomplish the job successful.

因此平时加强知识的汲取是十分重要的，同时加强能力训练对于培养自己的自信心也非常重要。

so stress the absorbation of the daily knowledge is very important. At the same time, enhance the ability training also is a necessary way to foster your confidence.

二、要敢于克服困难，主动和困难作斗争。
Second, You should be dare to turn over difficulty and fight with them actively.

人的自信心水平一般在遇到困难时就可以分出高低，
It always can be devided the man's confidence level when they face the difficulties.

自信心强的人遇到困难时心不慌，能够沉着冷静地分析困难，寻找解决困难的办法。
The man who has a strong confidence can calmly to analyze the problem, and look for the way to solve the problem when they face the difficulties.

而缺乏自信心的人在遇到困难时往往是停步不前，其结果必然是在困难面前遭到失败。
But the man who is self-confidence always get the fail result for the bogged down.

主动与困难作斗争，以培养自己的信心和意志。
You must fight with the difficulty actively in order to foster your confidence and willing.

每个人都知道敢于向困难作斗争，确实能够培养自己的自信心。
Everyone knows that this way is the best way to do it.

三、经常总结经验教训，掌握事物发展的规律。
Third, you must always summarize object lesson, and master the rules of object development.

人不可能不失败，但用什么心态对待失败却是一个与自信心有关的问题。
The failure is inevitable, but your psychology is the question relate with confidence.

所以我们应该经常总结生活、学习、工作中的成功与失败的经验教训，去分析客观事物发展的规律。
So we should always summarize our experience and lesson from the success and fail in the life, study and working, and analyze the rules of object development.

有人说“失败是成功之母。”
An old saying said that " failure is the mother of success",

其实就是强调经验教训对于成功的作用。
It mainly tell you the effect of object lesson to confidence.

我们只有掌握了规律也就掌握了工作、学习和生活的主动权。这样就掌握了自信心.
We only master the rules so that can master the initiative right of work, study and life. Then, the confidence also can be master by us.

confidence having self- - - - how to reinforce self confidence , is just that somebody is good at
expressing self confidence comparatively, somebody is not good at expressing self confidence but
but , such unique problem is how self confidence is excavated out , that I regard it being main is
the following 3 o'clock:
The initiative that one, asks to pay attention to ordinary time learns being confident with the accumulation of knowledge and people's know-how and ability direct proportion concern, tall but rich people of know-how , strong people of service ability, what to can keep stronger self-confidence no matter be acted as like the thing, this is important condition for being able to have successfully done one's job. Reinforcing the knowledge drawing therefore in the ordinary time is very important , the self-confidence that the sharpening ability trains to foster self with regard to at the same time is also very important.
Two, needs to dare to overcome difficulty , initiative and difficulty combat.
People's self-confidence can divide out height right away when coming up against
difficulties the level sort, self-confidence the heart does not get flustered
when the strong people comes up against difficulties , can calm analyses
difficulty calmly , seeks the way finding a way out of a difficulty.But being short of the self-confidence people is to cease to advance when coming up against difficulties sometimes , whose result necessity is to suffer defeat before difficulty. Strive to overcome difficulties on self's own initiative, to train self confidence and will. Everyone all knows daring to combat to difficulty , is able to train self self-confidence indeed.
Three, often learn from experience , have the law that object develops in hand. Person not failing impossibly, only what psychology use to treat the problem failing but being that one and self-confidence are relevant. Therefore we ought to often sum up success and the experience and lessons failing in living , studying , working, go to analyse the law that objective things develops. Somebody said Failure is the mother of success ". Be to emphasize the with regard to successful effect of experience and lessons in fact.We have had the initiative working , studying
and living in hand also right away only when
having had law in hand. Such has grasped
