出入境记录查询怎么查？

中国公民（含港澳台居民）可向地（市）级以上公安机关出入境管理部门或出入境边防检查站申请查询本人近五年内的出入境记录。申请查询出入境记录，需由本人申请办理，提交《查询出入境记录申请表》（受理单位提供），交验本人的有效出入境证件或身份证原件。未满16周岁的，可由法定监护人陪同申请办理。
